Your consent rights
Support persons allowed. Interpreter available on request. You control your My Health Record uploads and may opt out at any time.
Prescriptions
E-scripts sent at the doctor’s sole discretion and no refund if declined. E-scripts sent within one hour. One medication per consultation.
Medical certificates
Issued on the date of consultation. Up to 7 days at practitioner discretion. No amendments once issued.
Weight management
Video consult required. Ongoing monitoring needed, not a one-off script. Must disclose all current medications.
Payments and Refunds
Consults privately billed. Payment is required at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

| What we offer | GP consultations, repeat and new prescriptions, medical certificates, Mental Health Treatment Plans, psychologist sessions, weight management consultations including semaglutide where clinically appropriate, and after-hours urgent care. |
| What we can’t do | We cannot issue backdated certificates, Centrelink certificates, workers’ compensation paperwork, or prescriptions for Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D controlled medications. High-risk Schedule 4 medications such as benzodiazepines, zopiclone, and quetiapine are not routinely prescribed. COVID-19 antivirals, isolation clearances, and vaccine exemptions must be obtained through your usual GP. |
| Your consultation | All prescriptions, certificates, and referrals require a real-time video or phone consultation. We will verify your identity before proceeding. You have the right to have a support person present and to request an interpreter at no extra cost. |
| Your information | With your consent, consultation notes may be uploaded to your My Health Record. You can opt out at any time. If AI scribing tools are used, you will be informed and may withdraw consent without affecting your care. |
| Payments and refunds | Consults privately billed. Payment is required at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Once a consultation starts, no refund applies. If we cancel due to practitioner unavailability, you will receive a full refund. |
| Complaints | If you are unhappy with your care, you can contact us directly or escalate to AHPRA, the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. |
