seedoc.com.au is an Australian online GP clinic. Our doctors are registered with AHPRA and practise in accordance with the Medical Board of Australia’s Good Medical Practice guidelines and Telehealth Consultations with Patients guidelines.

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for digital healthcare where patients are treated as people, not appointments. We are committed to:

The growth of telehealth in Australia has been one of the most significant improvements to healthcare access in a generation, removing geography as a barrier and bringing GP care to patients in rural and regional areas who previously had very limited options.
Our vision is to demonstrate that digital medicine, done properly, can be as personal, thorough, and effective as any other form of healthcare.

You are your own best health advocate. We’ll listen to your story, your symptoms, your history, your context – all the things you’ve noticed about your own body.
This is the most important diagnostic tool available to any doctor.
Every appointment ends with a clear plan: what we found, what we recommend, and why. If something requires an in-person examination or specialist input, we will help you find a clear pathway forward.
Transparent Information
We believe clear information builds trust. That means transparent fees, a straightforward cancellation policy, and honest explanations of what our service includes and what it does not.
Radical Accessibility
We are committed to reaching patients with mobility limitations, demanding work schedules, caring responsibilities, international students far from home or patients who are at a significant distance from in-person services due to living or working in remote areas.
After-Hours Support
Illness does not keep business hours.
We are working to extend Medicare-rebated after-hours urgent care consultations to children under 16 and pensioners and this is coming soon.
Because the patients who most need accessible care are often the ones least able to wait.
Clear Cancellation Policy
Consults privately billed.
Payment is required at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
Once a consultation starts, no refund applies.
If we cancel due to practitioner unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
Every doctor at SeeDoc is a registered medical practitioner with AHPRA registration in the medical profession.
They practise in accordance with the Medical Board of Australia’s standards, codes, and guidelines, including the code of conduct for Good Medical Practice and the Telehealth Consultations with Patients guidelines.
